I’ve been
following Make up artist Mario Dedivanovics work recently, you guys might know him as Kim Kardashians main makeup artist. Besides him being her makeup artist, he is extremely talented and had worked with numerous amount of celebrities and made them look absolutely gorgeous each and every time. His hands are magic tools that transforms faces and I hope to be as talented as him one day. So this post is regarding his #makeupbymario2kgiveaway contest which is to recreate one of his four celeb looks. I picked JLOs look because it was so beautiful and elegant, very soft smokey eye and of course that infamous JLO glow and peach lips. To be recognized by Mario is the goal here but I am so happy to have to been inspired by him and his work. Here are the products I used..
Face:
- Face and body mixed with strobe cream and vanilla pigment for that extra glow
- Harmony blush as contour , Peaches and Gingerly blushes on the cheek and Elf Bronzer on the perimeters on the face
- Soft and gentle mixed with Two face Candlelight as highlighter
- Fix +
Eyes:
- Soft Ochre as my base up to the brow bone
- Brule shadow on the brow bone to the crease
- Saddle and Swiss Chocolate on the crease and Brun on the outer triangle on the eye to deepen
- Black track gel liner on top with a natural small wing
- I used a pair of natural lashes and used a second pair(cut in half and added to the ends on top on the 1st pair)
- Nude concealer pencil in the waterline and use Saddle and Swiss Chocolate on the bottom lash line
- Since I don’t have bottom lashes I cut up a pair of lashes into pieces and added them to the bottom piece by piece Lips
- Ravishing and a nude gloss over it
